E.P.S. Solutions manufactures a variety of products, which gives us vast flexibility in the complete process. We make every effort to not send any of the manufacturing process outside of our facilities. Although it would be impossible to perform every function in house, we make it clear to all of our customers that we are the MANUFACTURER, not just someone that represents themselves to be a manufacturer. If a process is sent out of house to be completed, we stand behind all of the work done to the products that we sell.

Mill tolerance allows for variances in the manufacturing of terry products. Due to the variable nature of towels and related terry products, sizes stated, may vary up to +/- 5%

Tolerance in the printing and embroidery process allows for these variations of the substrate being decorated. Please note that we adhear to standard quality practices within our industries. Color effort to meet our customer’s expectations. Please note that we strongly discourage un-quantified review of our products. If at any time there is a concern, it will be addressed professionally and in quantative environment.

Rush services are always available for an additional charge. Please see your sales representation for additional information and costs.

Cancellations
All cancellations that are not the fault of E.P.S. Solutions, Inc. will be billed for all completed work at the time of cancellation.

Return Policy
E.P.S. Solutions continually strives to meet our customers’ quality expectations and as such we stand behind our products and workmanship. If an error in manufacturing is found, or the goods are found to be inconsistent with the submitted proof or samples, you need to notify us within 72 hours of receipt. At no time do we accept goods returned without a return authorization and we do not accept returns of custom products that are due to event cancellations or late deliveries of goods that were beyond our control.
