E.P.S. Solutions was founded as an advertising promotional products supplier in October of 2004. Prior to that date, Windhaven was only supplying promotional goods through other companies on a contract basis. It was decided, that since the loyalty of this business was typically based on nothing more than price, Windhaven formed it’s own ASI supplier division. Thus came E.P.S. Solutions, with a charter of offering the best possible price with outstanding customer service and superior quality. In addition, being born of an entrepreneurial spirit, we are constantly looking for innovative cutting edge ideas to enhance our product line.
How are shipping charges determined?
Shipping charges for all items ordered will be charged in aggregate on the first items shipped.
What are shipping and handling rates for UPS Ground?
Since the shipment cost is determined by the weight and the distance
that it travels, determining a basic shipping rate is near impossible.
When you place your order, the freight amount will be calculated onto your order based on this information, as you enter the order.
File Types:
Illustrator 10.0 or lower Stuffit (compression files Photoshop 5.0 or higher are acceptable if in eps QuarkXpress 4.0 format.)
Acceptable Image types: VECTOR (.ai) TIFF (min. 300 Resolutions) .eps JPEG (min. 300 Resolutions) PDF files are only acceptable if created by illustrator 10.0
Drop shipments and fulfillments are available-$8.33/carton (R) handling cost for drop shipments. Normal shipping charges apply. Shipping charges can be added to the final invoice, or you can provide your own shipping method. (Handling charges still apply).
International shipment requiring documentation to be provided by E.P.S. will be billed at a rate of $43.33/hr (R)
E.P.S. Solutions manufactures a variety of products, which gives us vast flexibility in the complete process. We make every effort to not send any of the manufacturing process outside of our facilities. Although it would be impossible to perform every function in house, we make it clear to all of our customers that we are the MANUFACTURER, not just someone that represents themselves to be a manufacturer. If a process is sent out of house to be completed, we stand behind all of the work done to the products that we sell.
