File Types:
Illustrator CS3 or lower, Photoshop CS2 are acceptable if in eps format. QuarkXpress 4.0 format.)
Acceptable Image types: VECTOR (.ai) TIFF (min. 300 Resolutions) .eps JPEG (min. 300 Resolutions) PDF files are only acceptable if created by illustrator CS3 or lower.

All Illustrations, fonts, and scans must accompany the design file. All fonts should be converted to paths or outlines before we receive file. We reserve the right to modify artwork to better accommodate or printing needs (edit typeface sizes, line weights, etc.) Embedded or placed images that have to be manipulated or altered will incur additional charges
Artwork Charges for work beyond normal file preparation is billed at a rate of $43.33/hr (R) or any portion of that hour.
BITMAP FILES ARE UNACCEPTABLE, IN MOST CASES, FOR QUALITY REPRODUCTION, AND WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THEIR USE.
CAMERA-READY ARTWORK
E.P.S. Solutions will accept camera ready artwork that is already separated or that includes black line work (or key lines) to separate each color “Camera ready” art should be clean, black, and crisp on a smooth white background that requires little or no touch-up. Please avoid submitting artwork that bust be enlarged more than 400%.
4 COLOR PROCESS
Submit Artwork to be reviewed and quoted. NOTE: Some jobs may require additional spot colors to ensure quality product and good ink coverage. A detailed disclaimer is provided and must be signed before production begins. Additional Charges apply. See item description for specific pricing.
EMBROIDERY
Acceptable Digitized File Type: We can accept any digitized format!
Acceptable Image Types: .EPS .JPEG .TIFF .BMP
Call for other acceptable formats, All tapes / files MUST include thread colors and sequence, Thread colors can be matched to pantone colors if needed. We reserve the right to manipulate files to better accommodate production capabilities (edit typeface sizes, line weight, etc.)
Lettering no smaller than 5mm is recommended.

APROVALS
E.P.S. Solutions will submit to all customers a digital proof for approval within 4 business days of submission of acceptable artwork. If a physical sample is requested it will be submitted for approval within 10 business days of acceptance of proof. Once approved, any charges will require new approvals and additional charges may be incurred.
Additional proofs that are required, due to customer changes in artwork, are billed at $33.33 each (R), additional proofs due to our error are no charge.
